Sorry we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind

although we will offer you a full refund for faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect against an account.

We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return,

in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

including a photograph of the damaged item.
